skies over seattle - c0-director, ENGAGEMENT Strategist
Skies Over Seattle examines the nature of the tiny American individual under a vast shared sky-- specifically, the sky over the U-District in Seattle. University of Washington Drama Department students partnered with theater company PearlDamour + Ashley Sparks and three U-District community groups: Roots Young Adult Shelter, Peoples Harm Reduction Alliance, and the Elizabeth Gregory Home. The result was the creation of 3 separate world-premiere, student generated sited performances built for and in the U-District. These separate pieces were collaged together and performed at the Jones Playhouse for public audiences.
